Governance
Since the beginning of 2015 the St Briavels Project has been overseen by the board of the Polish Scouting Association (UK Region). Until October 2020 hm Anna Gebska was the chair of the board and the treasurer was hm Elzbieta Tkaczyk, since then the chair is hm Aleksander Szwagrzak and the treasurer przew Krystyna Wrobel. The project manager of the St Briavels Project reports to the PSA (UK Region) board. The projects accounts are audited by the PSA (UK Regions) auditors, Kendall Wadley LLP.
St Briavels Project Team – Phase III

Team members – hm Andrzej Borowy, hm Anna Gębska, Marek Kowalewski, hm Aneta Maheta, hm Dorota Matuszewska, Ola Obszańska, phm Wanda Osmond, hm Wanda Petrusewicz, pwd Marek Suchocki, hm Alexander Szwagrzak, hm Iwona Tarkowska, pwd Staś Wojas and phm Dorota Zasadzka.
The team is responsible for the technical aspects of the build and redevelopment of the site, financial administration and driving the fundraising effort of the project
Slawomir Dragun has been appointed as architect, Rafał Gierszewski from Eccone Ltd. has been providing oversight of the renovations. Acer Ecology are providing advice on bats in the building and applying for the European Licence.
The project manager consults widely on many aspects of the project with subject matter experts within Polish Scouting. In all areas requiring specific expertise professional advisors and specialists are engaged.
