Reasons for the fundraising initiative?

The fundraising appeal is driven by the need to improve and modernise the Polish Scout House site. It does not meet current legislation regarding health & safety, fire, hygiene and environmental issues. To serve its purpose as a ‘scout house’ for another 50 years these changes are essential. The Polish Scouting Association is turning to the wider community for financial help with this modernisation programme. It is a unique opportunity to make fundamental improvements to the centre, which will then be suitable for use throughout the year and generate sufficient income to make it financially viable.
